Purchase Terms

Comfort Guarantee

After 30 days from the time of delivery, mattresses may be exchanged for comfort one time only for equal or greater value. No refunds will be given. The exchange must be done in person with both sleeping partners present (if applicable). The comfort guarantee does not apply in our Outlets or Clearance Centers. A re-delivery fee of $100 will also apply for box spring exchanges for height. There will be a handling charge on all comfort exchanges:

+ Plus, any shipping charges

 

Return / Refund Policy

Merchandise may not be returned for a refund at any time.
Power bases cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.

 

Warranty Service

Please read the warranty information supplied by the manufacturer. Creative Mattress will service your purchase in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. Any abuse or soiling voids this and all warranties. All floor sample, comfort exchange, secondary goods, etc. are sold ‘As Is’ and without warranty. Do not remove the law tag from your mattress. If it is removed, the manufacturer will not honor the warranty.

 

Special Order Policy

Special orders cannot be canceled. All special orders require a 50^% non-refundable deposit when ordered. Special order merchandise may not be returned unless it is determined by Creative Mattress to be defective. Special orders include any furniture item not in stock and all bedding items not normally stocked, such as special sizes. Special orders are not allowed in the Outlet and Clearance Centers.

 

Creative Mattress Outlet Policies

No returns, refunds, exchanges, or comfort returns are allowed. New merchandise is sold with a manufacturer’s warranty. Delivery charges apply.

 

Clearance Center Policies

All sales are ‘As Is’ and final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed. Delivery charges apply.
